Job Summary
The Immigration Manager I will supervise a team accountable for executing the FieldCore’s immigration strategy. This hands-on role will serve as a secondary point of escalation for any issues, will manage difficult assignments, provide operational advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, and train the Immigration team regarding global mobility practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of immigration individual contributors who are responsible for inbound and outbound mobilizations within a region, sub region, segment or across multiple countries
- Employee management is a primary duty; proactively manages stakeholder relationships and is accountable for team commitments and deliverables
- Plan, set priorities, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of team; monitors work for compliance; interviews, selects, and trains employees; provides input into budgetary planning
- Adapt functional plans and priorities to address resource and/or operational challenges
- Utilize in-depth Immigration knowledge to diagnose, anticipate problems, fix errors and other obstacles negatively affecting stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Suggest, plan, and execute projects considering constraints, resourcing, contingencies, and alternatives
- Provide adequate resources for employees to achieve goals, removes barriers to help accomplish business goals
- Propose and contribute services or processes improvements and functional strategy
- Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects and a second point of escalation for any issues
- Receive moderate guidance and oversight from manager. Has discretion to modify procedures
- Create developmental opportunities for team, train/mentor junior staff
- Ensure optimal employee and stakeholder experience and immigration support delivery by reviewing existing processes to identify areas of redundancy/no-value added, opportunities for continuous process improvement, and new ways to streamline immigration
- Performs routine audits to ensure/correct data quality and integrity
- Work with immigration and cross-functional business partners to ensure global immigration processes and systems are working as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Supports Directors, Managers, and Senior Professionals by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Prepare and conduct training for directors, managers, employees and other business partners on regional immigration concerns, strategies, and guidelines
- Accountable for vendor management for geographical area of responsibility
- Travel may be required
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 7+ years previous experience as an International Mobility professional, specialist or manager
- 2+ years managing and developing employees
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Excellent English language required

- Expert knowledge of international mobility processes including, but not limited to, experience with immigration, visa, and relocation requirements
- Strong internal stakeholders’ service focus and management skills
- Strong leadership capability and advisory, coaching and facilitation skills
- Additional language skills beneficial
